Let's Dig In accepts online payments with
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards through
PayPal. You may also pay
with an
electronic check if you have a PayPal account. If you would like to pay through
the mail with a personal check or money order, you may do so
using our Mail-In Order Packet. This is a .pdf
file. If you do not already have a .pdf reader installed on your computer (you
probably do), you can download Adobe Reader for free at
www.adobe.com. Simply print it out and follow the enclosed instructions. If you are
paying with a Purchase Order, please contact Sherry Ann Wolfer at
sherry@letsdigin.com prior to
ordering.
There is a $25 charge for checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Let's Dig In ships your order via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping rates do apply and will be automatically calculated during the check-out process within our shopping cart. If you use the Mail-In Order Packet, the sales tax rates are included. Large and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges are necessary, you will be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours. Charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs. Most online orders and those paid by Money Order are shipped within 48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 7 business days. Shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Insurance for your order is extra. If you'd like your ordered insured during shipping, please e-mail Sherry Ann Wolfer after you place your order and she will contact you within 48 hours.
Residents of the State of Illinois must pay sales tax. At this time, the tax rate is 7 1/2% and will be added into your total order if you are placing an order from Illinois. An exact tax chart is included within our Mail-In Order Packet.
If you are placing an order from outside of the United States, please contact Sherry Ann Wolfer via e-mail to place your order and obtain international shipping rates.
There are no returns on Resource Booklets, Felt Board Props and Glove Props. If a return of any other item is necessary, please contact us at sherry@letsdigin.com prior to returning the item. Any refunds issued will not include shipping and handling fees.
